Role:
Assists members and potential members with their financial needs, opens new accounts, processes account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services. Assist members with loan requests, providing clerical and administrative support to originate and close member loans.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Receives and processes member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders, gift cards and travel cards to members; transfers amounts from
member accounts as directed.Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.Process member loan applications from origination to approval with recommendations. Complete closing of loans by obtaining member signatures and reviewing prepared paperwork.Follow up ordering of debit cards and checks, payroll deduction, etc or any other forms or documentation needed to service the member.Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.Performs other job related duties as assigned.PLEASE CLICK "APPLY" ON PACAREERLINK PA.
