Job Title: Field Operations ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Field Operations Manager to oversee financial oversight, safety program management, human resource management, and equipment and facilities management. This role requires a proactive individual who can recommend capital expenditures, manage small projects, implement safety policies, and maintain stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for training and managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the organization meets financial and safety goals.Responsibilities

Recommend capital expenditures, review financial statements, and set goals.

Handle equipment billings, approve invoices, and manage small projects.

Propose marketing plans, ensure prompt warranty work, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Implement safety policies, conduct audits, and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.

Develop loss prevention strategies and assist with safety orientations.

Investigate and report losses, maintaining a low MOD rate.

Train and manage Coordinators, Foremen, and Field Staff.

Handle hiring, evaluations, pay rate reviews, and policy updates.

Foster a positive culture and high morale, and lead quality discussions.

Maintain equipment and inventory spreadsheets.

Ensure proper maintenance and profitability of equipment.

Manage parking lot organization, building maintenance, and handle time cards.

High school diploma

Minimum of three years’ experience in construction management or two years post high school education
