Conduct and lead internal and pharmacy investigations
Analyze external theft patterns and identify organized retail crime activity
Complete store assessments and identify root causes of shrink
Train store and pharmacy teams on Asset Protection programs
Create awareness around shrink reduction strategies
Assess data and shrink trends for a group of stores
Measure the effectiveness and impact of strategies and adapt as needed
Maintain detailed investigations case files and document updates
Implement new Asset Protection strategies, programs, and procedures
Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to drive business results
Partner with law enforcement to create strong relationships in the community
Support store teams with all Asset Protection related activities
Education and/or Experience:H.S.
