Description Robert Half is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Recruiter in Schnecksville, PA. This organization requires a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities. This position is in charge of creating and updating job descriptions, creating and implementing recruitment plans, and facilitating applicant relations. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. DUTIES:Develops and reviews interview questions
Human Resources prescreening, and department screening tools
Assists candidates with certification requirements
Carries out selection process as needed
Utilizes and teams with other members of Human Resources Department
Answers phones in Human Resources Office
Cross-trains in Human Resources Specialist duties
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:2 + years of full cycle recruiting experience
Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and Frontline
Utilizes knowledge of PA Teaching Certification requirements
Utilizes knowledge of positions employed by the CLIU
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and time management skills, providing for productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and maintain departmental deadlines
