Inventory Analyst

Description We are looking to add an Inventory Analyst to our team based in Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be required to manage our inventory records, process purchase orders, and use your strong Excel skills to handle various tasks.Responsibilities: Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of purchase orders Maintaining and updating inventory records regularly Using Excel effectively to handle tasks such as v look up/pivot tables Understanding and managing the PO process Utilizing software such as Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions effectively Leveraging IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine for various tasks Conducting audits to ensure data accuracy Implementing effective collection processes Communicating effectively with team members and customers Providing top-notch customer service at all times.Requirements Proficiency in Epic Software is required for managing inventory databases Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline inventory processes Familiarity with ERP Solutions for effective inventory management Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is necessary for database management tasks Skills in Interface Engine to ensure smooth data transfer Proficiency in About Time software for efficient time tracking Auditing skills are required to ensure inventory accuracy Familiarity with Collection Processes to handle inventory-related collections Excellent communication skills to effectively convey inventory information Superior customer service skills to deal with queries and issues related to inventory Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
