These resources are Delivery Associate in the RSR network receiving and dispatching packages . This position requires the associate to work in a fixed shift Front Half Back Half Overlap receiving packages Unloading staging from the box trucks/delivery drivers and dispatching the packages to the Flex Driver Partners at the time of Flex dispatch hours window Flex block.REQUIRED SKILLS
Manage safety quality productivity and customer package deliveries
Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently tilt push pull squat bend and reach
Stand/walk up to 6 hours during shifts
Ability to receive dispatch and interact with packages and delivery drivers and partners
Ability to scan all packages as necessary and use provided laptop to communicate and record standard work operations
Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather delivery stations include outside loading departments
