Description We are providing an opportunity for a Project Manager in the Paper/Packaging industry. This role will be based in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania, United States. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading customer projects, driving improvements across our services, and mentoring other team members. Responsibilities: Oversee the successful completion of customer projects, ensuring efficiency and quality. Develop and manage project plans, including proactive communication with team members about upcoming tasks and milestones. Facilitate project meetings and contribute to the decision-making process. Manage project issues, developing resolution plans and ensuring satisfactory outcomes. Oversee the preparation of client invoicing and status reporting. Assist in the creation of presentations and proposals for delivery to customers and internal stakeholders. Contribute to organizational initiatives by supporting sales cycle, improving operating procedures, and developing practice aids. Utilize knowledge of our solutions and the industries we serve to enhance service delivery. Mentor and support other team members, fostering skill development and successful implementation of our solutions. Implement enterprise application software and manage resources optimally. Requirements Proven experience in the Paper/Packaging industry Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira Comprehensive understanding and application of Cloud Technologies Experience with CRM systems for customer relationship management Familiarity with database management and operations Knowledge in EO/IR systems Proficiency in using 'About Time' software for project management Experience and understanding of AB Testing Proven track record in managing budget processes Ability to create, manage, and deliver project deliverables Strong background in design related to Paper/Packaging industry projects Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
