Accounting Director

Description Financial services company seeks an Accounting Director with both tax and financial statement preparation experience. This Accounting Director will conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, assist with management consulting, oversee the month end close process, manage the preparation of business tax returns, monitor expense accruals, ensure compliance with internal firm policies, maintain & resolve general ledger discrepancies, create solutions for process improvement, monitor cash flow, manage journal entry tracking, and assist with the financial planning process.
