Handles all site compliance and reporting for environmental, health, safety and regulatory matters. Inspect sites daily to identify safety, health, and environ-mental risks and monitor compliance. Assist Regulatory Affairs Department as needed.Directly responsible for the ongoing development and im-plementation of the company safety program to ensure workplace safety for all employees.Review and update all EHS programs on an annual basis.Conduct and document monthly safety meetings covering OSHA mandated requirements, as well as other EHS top-ics relevant to our operation.Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring activities.Lead the EHS Committee, including documenting all meet-ing minutes and action item follow up.Conduct Process Hazard Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis, Fall Protection program, etc.Ensure EHS Inspections are carried out by the safety committee and are documented including corrective Ac-tions for any deficiencies noted.Conduct EHS introduction training for all new hires.Manage all waste handling activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure all regulatory requirements related to air, water and the environment are being met and that all activities are properly documented.Conduct all emergency response and emergency evacua-tion training and drills.Ensure the timely completion of required regulatory re-porting including EPA, DEP and OSHARegularly conduct evaluations of company processes and procedures to ensure they meet Federal, State and local regulations and are in the best interest of our employees.Ensure all safety policies and procedures are documented for all departments.Coordinate any additional safety training necessary with current & new employees and schedule repeat trainings as needed.Responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and discretion in properly handling and documenting items related to safety policies, procedures, inquiries, in-cident reporting, investigations and compliance with fed-eral, state and local agencies.
