job detailsWe have an excellent opportunity with a great company located in Exton, PA. This is a full time, temp to perm position. The Sales Support & Order Entry specialist will be supporting both internal team members, and external customers via email, phone and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in an ERP system before (ideally working with PO's, and Order Entry). Providing direct support to sales team and their customers
Assisting customers via email, chat, phone
Creating, updating, managing customer accounts

Assisting with questions relating to shipment status, returns, and order status
Gathering neccessary data and generating quotes for sales reps
Updating vendor invoices and purchase orders in ERP
