Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Credit Clerk based in Exton, Pennsylvania. The role entails handling customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. The selected candidate will be part of a team in the Accounting Clerk function and will be required to work in the office for training purposes before transitioning to a hybrid work model.Responsibilities:
Processing of invoices, credit memos and other postings to accounts receivable
Match vendor invoices to checks for payment
Maintain daily cash flow
Bank reconciliations for operating and payroll accounts
Entering accounts payable invoices.
Process accounts payable checks
Assorted general ledger month end close duties
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
