Home care helper needed

I need someone to help me with some basic needs during the day. I am a 73 year old man. I have MS. No physical chores such as lifting are necessary. I need someone that I can call several times a month to free up my wife (who usually handles my health care) to get away for a longer period of time during the day. Independent care givers are welcome. No nursing degrees or licenses needed. References are welcome. Some experience preferred.
