Chef / Kitchen Manager

We have an immediate opening for an ambitious person to lead the kitchen in a growing local restaurant. Specializing in upscale cuisine in a casual atmosphere, we have experienced strong growth over the past 3 years. The successful candidate will bring innovative new dishes to our menu while streamlining workflow to enhance efficiency. We offer a competitive wage structure with bonus potential and profit sharing. Open 5 days a week and serving dinner only, allows for a good work-life balance. Experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a desire to learn can substitute for a culinary education or leadership experience.
