Working with our Commercial lines, Personal lines, Employee Benefits or Retirement & Private Wealth teams, you will learn about our business through on-the-job training, working closely with a variety of HUB team members to gain hands-on experience across Sales and Client Service.Program Highlights

Full-Time Pathway: Our program is strategically designed to identify and nurture exceptional talent. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon graduation.

This is a full-time, paid, 10-week internship.Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and service teams to interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions.

Sales Support: Assist in sales activities such as prospect research, lead generation, and preparing client presentations.

Policy Administration: Gain hands-on experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, and assisting in claims processing.

Market Research: Contribute to market analysis and research projects, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Data Management: Assist in maintainingaccurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to gain exposure to various facets of insurance brokerage.

Technical Training: Actively engage in workshops, training sessions, and seminars aimed at enhancing your skills and industry knowledge.

Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Any of the following: High School Diploma or GED, College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date in 2025

A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks

A collaborative team player with a desire to help others

Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc
