Role - ServiceNow Functional AnalystJob Location - RemoteJob Type – Contract Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow implementations or similar ITSM platforms.Relevant ServiceNow certifications.Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous. Required Skills:ServiceNow Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, functionalities, and best practices, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and propose effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration and reporting capabilities, MS Word, Visio, Excel.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements specific to ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management).Solution Design: Should be able to contribute in designing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing workflows within ServiceNow, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate and participate in UAT sessions, ensuring that the configurations meet business needs and are user-friendly.Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand how to utilize ServiceNow effectively.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and technical configurations within ServiceNow.Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams (developers, system administrators) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements and optimizations within ServiceNow. Regards, ManojDerex Technologies INCContact : 973-834-5005 Ext 206
