Maintain and prepare job site/shop.
Perform routine repairs including ceiling tile.
Minor wall repair and preparation (nail holes, etc.).
Sanding and staining of wood.
Maintain shop stock and inventory.
Delivery and receiving materials.
ICRA for cycle maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.Military experience considered.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:Drivers License
