ResponsibilitiesThe Vice President Digital Engagement and Research delivers superior member experience, driven by insights and analytics to deliver on our mission, brand and goals. The role will ensure excellent performance in areas of member service, consultative sales and service standards, growing member share of wallet, process improvement, workforce optimization, digital delivery, and quality assurance. This position will lead with a digital-first approach, leading the development of seamless and convenient digital experiences to increase revenue and share of wallet, drive member digital usage and adoption, enhance efficiencies and improve service quality through innovative enhancements.This role will also lead efforts to develop and implement member engagement, retention, and loyalty programs, leveraging member data and insights to drive member satisfaction and stay current with emerging marketing trends and tools, adapting new techniques and technologies as necessary to enhance marketing efforts and performance. The role leads the organization's digital marketing strategy across the purchase journey, including lead generation (organic and paid search strategy and optimization), website, social (response and monitoring, analytics, targeted paid), email, text and chat. The position will own, build, and deliver member segmentation strategy to drive personalization across channels including targeted sales and cross-sell strategies based on insights and report effectiveness. In addition, the role will also lead and maintain consumer journey maps, working with cross-functional teams. The role will prepare and manage the budget and overall business and financial performance, maximizing the value of channel delivery on members' experiences and organization's financial outcomes.SKILLS

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.

The minimum salary for this position is:$143,000+
