Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day.Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1- Multi Service position for a new hospital located in Enola, PA . Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center consists of 110 Bed Acute Care facility specializing in medical and surgical care,specialtyinpatient services,women'shealth, labor and delivery and imaging and lab services . This manager will support both Environmental services and Food and Nutrition Services.Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping and Food Service teams work at client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:

have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;

be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

provide a clean and safe environment for visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

effectively manages the Unit Operating System;

support a diverse and inclusive workforce;

achieve company and client financial targets and goals; and
