ResponsibilitiesThe Designer II designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. The Designer I role conceptualizes graphic design, maintains reference files of templates, creates layout design, provides communication and works with a team. The role will design and develop layouts and graphics while incorporating brand design of the Credit Union. The role will also build reference files and ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Finally, the role will demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills by presenting ideas in a clear and concise, positive manner. Creativity, time management, critical thinking and sound decision making are important to this position. The Designer II will also mentor junior designers.This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.SKILLS

Strong skill level involving problem solving

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with various levels of management and other credit union personnel

Advanced graphic design skills and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
