Description:This part time (24 hours per week) Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices and matching them with the invoices. They will process credits, prepare the checks, and do the weekly check run. Day to Day:
Invoice processing
3-way match
Check run
Vendor maintenance
Proficient within a large scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Peachtree, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
Able to navigate within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of invoice process experience
2+ years of 3-way matching experience with purchase orders
2+ years of experience doing the check run
2+ years of vendor maintenance experience
Proficient within a large scale ERP such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Peachtree, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
Able to navigate within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel
