Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking multiple LPNs or RNs to work in a newly constructed substance abuse treatment facility. We have openings for both the day and night shifts. The schedule is 12 hour working periods from 7am-7pm or 7pm to 7am. The scheduling cycle is two days on, two days off, 3 days on, 2 days off and then the cycle resets.As the LPN or RN, you will be responsible for working within the residential facility, conducting med passes, and observations. You will be responsible for follow up, execute, and properly document doctors orders. You will carry out all duties assigned by Director of Nursing in evaluating, planning, and implementing plans of care.Administer injections, distribute medications, take vital signs, collect samples, and assist with other basic medical care tasks.
