ROP has built its reputation on running life-changing educational treatment programs that positively contribute to the community.What you’ll do:The Assistant Program Director will assist the Program Director in all aspects of site operations including, budget, educational and vocational departments, clinical services, daily programming, oversight of Medical, Administration, and Cafeteria Departments, quality improvement processes, and key performance indicators. The Assistant Program Director exercises direct control and direction over subordinate staff such as Group Supervisors, Shift Supervisors, Group Living Director, etc. as assigned in the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program. The Assistant Program Director's duties include participation and authority in decisions involving processes to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, promote, discharge, assign, evaluate performance, reward or discipline other employees and program delivery.The work week is typically Monday - Friday; however, on call administrator duties onsite on weekends on a rotating schedule are required. To be considered, you should:

BA/BS in related field (Master’s Degree preferred) or ability to meet state specific educational requirements.

Four years of related experience in residential facility management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.

Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees.

Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an Acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.

Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Ability to perform work with little or no supervision. Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.

Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.

Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week with the possibility of a varied schedule.

Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Must have excellent organization and time management skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships.

Ability to provide exemplary customer service to all employees and outside constituents.

Ability to function independently and as a member of a team in a multi-task environment.

Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing

business conditions.

Proficient in the use of computers and associated software.
