PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTPerforms a variety of billing needs and billing questions, such as answering customer calls regarding billing issues, processing all pick slips, typing, data entry and filing.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProcesses all billings for products that have shipped, as well as editing orders for correct locations, sizes or back orders.
Research and find resolution for possible cost issues.
Run reports daily and weekly and follow up to ensure reports are resolved and clean of orders.
Performs activities including organizing and providing back up for credit card/ check releases. Assist with mail in order, and deposits.OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSFollows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.Performs all other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSNormally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 - 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.We are an equal opportunity employer, including protected veterans and qualified individuals with disabilities.
