Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Bristol, Pennsylvania. The Bookkeeper will be integral to our team, managing various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy of our financial records and support our financial operations.Responsibilities: Oversee both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure smooth financial transactions Effectively handle payroll processing using online tools, including tax filings and deductions Regularly perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records Prepare detailed financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger for accurate financial tracking Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies for standardized financial reporting Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to finalize financial records Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, and QuickBooks to effectively perform duties.
