Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Operations Manager who will be a department of one that manages the day-to-day operational needs for our new warehouse and office. This individual will be responsible for logistics, building maintenance, shipping and packing, and vendor/customer relationships. This role requires a background in shipping and logistics, and a proven track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships. The candidate must thrive in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.Essential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for warehouse and building operations at a 5,000+ sq ft office in Audubon, PA.Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.Oversee relations with current vendors, property management, and the city.Maintain adequate product inventory levels to meet customer demand.Forecast, monitor, and create purchase orders to maintain safety stock level.Monitor and manage daily outbounds in the warehouse.Monitor logistics-related costs and improve cost efficiency.First point of contact for internal and customer support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise ad hoc.
