Are you ready for your career at CI?Position Summary and Purpose: Our Powder Metal Field Service Technicians enjoy working hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that comprise our Powder Metal fabrication machines. This position will require an individual who is accustomed to at least 75% travel. Technicians will provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated. Our Field Service Technicians are provided a company vehicle, paid training, and after the first year→ eligibility for our Field Service Incentive Program!Duties and Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL:
Technician for installation, modification and upgrading Powder Metals Control Systems
Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Work with customer from order initiation through problem resolution whenever possible, to return customer to production in an expeditious manner.
Provide familiarization training to customer on control functions and operational systems
Effectively manage business expenses to maximize profitability
Education and Experience:REQUIRED:
Five or more years related technical experience
Associate or technical degree (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.REQUIRED:
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principals
Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Able to travel overnight at least 75%, at times
Superb Communication Skills with an emphasis on customer service
