The program operates 24/7; therefore, these positions require rotational shift work (8:00am-4:00pm; 4:00pm-12:00am; 12:00am-8:00am). Assigned shifts may vary, allowing for a highly flexible, part and full-time schedules.

We are also looking to fill Overnight positions; 12AM-8AM, 5 nights Monday-Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a variety of counseling, communication, and parenting skills, which support the formation of trusting, supportive relationships with the residents.

Maintain safety and security of residents and facility.

Actively supervise residents during academic instruction, recreational activity, in the community, and in common areas of the facility.

Collaboratively create residential behavioral goals in conjunction with clinical staff and case manager.

Create and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and reports to record residents' progress toward behavioral goals.

Will be trained in accordance with our structured program policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of college in a social or human services related field OR: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years working with youth.

Basic computer skills.

Must pass criminal history (including FBI) and child abuse history clearances.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must be at least 21 years of age
