This position gives you the opportunity to serve as the receptionist as well as administrative assistant for the Lottery Executive Office. Apply today to join our dynamic team!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this role, you will be act as a liaison for the Executive Director of the Lottery with the Department's Executive Office performing administrative duties. Work includes compiling weekly reports, arranging meetings and travel, managing the Executive Director's schedule, and gathering data for special projects. You will have the opportunity to assist with developing procedures to ensure reports and correspondence are processed efficiently. Effective communication is key as you will be required to interact professionally with players, partners, retailers, and coworkers.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week, based on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Additional Requirements:

You must have at least six months of experience working with the public via the phone and in-person.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
