After developing the transformation marketing strategy, this position will be the primary resource to communicate, track and socialize its milestones within GOS.What your day-to-day looks like:Collaborate with GOS Leadership to develop the EHS Transformation Roadmap that supports projected company growth, considers organizational structure, resources, training/competency, and metrics.

Develop a comprehensive Communications Plan for critical milestones, considering each of the Key Result Areas / Key Initiatives established for the EHS Transformation Strategy.

Identify innovative, effective, and efficient communication tools and media to socialize plans, progress, and results.

Provide clarity to stakeholders on what EHS success looks like and effectively communicate the roles and goals that will lead to that success.

Drive change while managing competing priorities and opinions.

Seek opportunities to leverage interdependencies within Westinghouse and align them to common goals.

Drive culture change to create a "one team" EHS organization.

Clearly and consistently communicate how to identify and mitigate risk with goal of optimizing local performance for global success

Apply business and marketing expertise to create communication aids (presentations, Executive Summaries, Scorecards, etc.) that are easily interpreted and actionable.

Conduct meetings and data-calls with relevant staff at GOS sites to gather information for EHS opportunity identification.

Provide insights to Senior Leaders for optimum solutions to today's problems.

Improve efficacy of routine communications and recurring reporting tools.

Actively engage with stakeholders for feedback to determine effectiveness of GOS EHS Transformation Strategy and associated communications plan

Collaborate with employees at all levels, disciplines, organizations and sites within GOS.

Communicate effectively and transparently to keep stakeholders informed.

Demonstrate how an effective Environment, Health and Safety Team provides a global competitive advantage and positive business results.

Guide and inspire global operational excellence and team engagement.What we'd like to see from you:Change agent with demonstrated transformation experience in a highly regulated industry

Marketing and Communications experience across a global footprint

Expert skill in assisting Senior Leadership in accomplishing their goals

Critical and strategic thinking

Proven thought leadership / collaboration skills

EHS regulatory experience

Manufacturing experience

Leadership experience

Business acumen, short term and long-term business understanding and insight

Business Administration, Communications, and/or Public Relations degree
