Opportunity Management:
Support development of orders entered forecast for financial plan, including probability and expected value, through routine maintenance of the D365 opportunity tracking systemOffer Management:
Prepare basic offers and LOAs in a single product area for mature and repeat products and services with guidance and oversight
Learn and apply key aspects of the offer process from bid/no-bid to LOA to offer submittal.
Process bid and proposal (B&P) requests for funding offer development
Publish the offer development schedule, including due dates and responsible parties with guidance and oversight
If required, prepare LOA documents, facilitate the meeting and collection of approvals with guidance and oversight
Prepare offer, incorporating customer RFQ specifics, offer strategy and terms and conditions, including export control compliance restrictions, etc. with guidance and oversightOrder Management:
Distribute and review the customer purchase order and verify that the order is consistent with the offer, then acknowledge to customer as required with guidance and oversight
Process new and change orders in D365 and SAP SD module with guidance and oversight
Update order conditions and billing plans as required for change notices and/or closeout of time and materials (T&M) projects with guidance and oversight
Disposition D365 opportunities for offers that are won or lost, including reason for win or lossMinimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent work related experience
0 to 3 years of experience
