Description We are in search of a Paralegal to join our team in Crafton, Pennsylvania. This role provides an opportunity for short term contract employment in the legal industry. As a Paralegal, you will be instrumental in managing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting contracts, and handling legal documentation.Responsibilities Manage a high volume of legal documents, ensuring they are correctly filed and easily accessible. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings. Draft contracts and other legal documents, ensuring they are accurate and legally sound. Ensure all legal documentation is compliant with regulations and laws. Collaborate with the team to discuss findings from legal research and its implications on cases. Provide support in handling legal inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner. Monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records of all legal actions, practices, and documents. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and proactive legal support. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices. Requirements Possess strong skills in Document Management Proficient in drafting legal contracts Ability to handle Legal Documentation efficiently Demonstrated experience in Legal Research Bachelor's degree in law or related field Certified Paralegal is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel Familiarity with legal databases and software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment Exhibit high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
