Substitute NursesNeeded for Moon Area School District and the 2024-2025 School Year!These are day-to-day substitute positions filling in for the school nurse(s) or occasionally providing extra help with athletics' physicals and documentation. Prefer candidates flexible enough to work atany of theschools in the district, however, we offer a lot of freedom and flexibility with scheduling: as long as the openings are available, you choose if you can and want to work that particular absence or opening. If the candidate is already working, either full-time or part-time, these positions are often flexible enough to supplement the candidate's schedule. For example: we've had candidates fill in only once or twice a month as their hospital schedule allowed.Nurses: $25 per hourClearances required within the last year:
PA Criminal Background Check
PA Child Abuse Clearance
FBI fingerprints through theDept.ofEducation
Act 126/31 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training)
Arrest/Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete)
Pre-employment physical and TB test required (neither should bemore than 1 year old)
