The PRN Clinical Director is responsible for training and providing clinical supports to teams, reviewing and signing monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical reports; reviewing and editing behavior plans, assessments, and/or reports completed by behavior professionals with feedback as needed.
Additional duties may include:
Conducts, recommends, and implements appropriate clinical assessments.
May participate in the Behavior Intervention Review Committee (BIRC) and/or Humann Rights Committee (HRC.) (Behavior Managment Review Committee - BMRC in ICFs)
Supports, assists, and collaborates with Clinical Directors based on request or needs.
Provides behavior services including assessments and plan writing in the absence of such services at Merakey site locations, based on assignment, expertise, or in the event of vacant behavior professional services.
Demonstrates ability to write and edit clinical reports, protocols, and policies.
Proven efficient with Microsoft Word, Electronic Health Record Systems, with writing behavior plans, clinical case formulation, and with conducting various assessments for diagnosing and behavior planning.
Awareness of cultural factors in relation to providing superior clinical services.

Master's or doctorate in psychology
Minimum 5 years supervising behavior professionals, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
