The Director of Client Retention Strategy will be responsible for leading efforts for our United States and Canada client retention strategy. The Director will work to develop and implement new strategy and processes, manage retention activities, and directly engage with select clients. The Director will report to our Chief Client Officer, while working closely with our Chief Administrative Officer and Regional Leadership.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and continuously improve our client retention strategy, including use of our business intelligence tools, internal call cadence, Accounts In Jeopardy (AIJ) tracking, rebid process, and our ongoing client engagement

Improve and manage a tracker for senior executive leadership to engage with select clients

Create and implement a process for our nine (9) Regional Rebid Specialists to follow when identifying clients that may be towards the end of their contract cycle or identify an opportunity to extend/renew a current contract

Attend weekly Accounts in Jeopardy (AIJ) calls to identify and implement areas of opportunity in service improvement action plans

Work with regional leaders to identify issues and challenges that put the business at risk, then identify opportunities to drive service excellence that can be implemented in those regions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field

Minimum of five (5) years of project management and process enhancement, or related experience

Experience overseeing innovation strategy with internal and external team members, positioning the company to grow and lead industry standards

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills

Ability to conceptualize, communicate, plan, influence, and implement initiatives

Adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to solve practical problems, dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):

Experience managing client retention

Experience working in the service Industry
