We are hiring for Control Center Operators in the Conshohocken, PA area. Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and knows that its biggest asset is its employees.Must have Computer, telephone and Alarm knowledge$22.00 hr.Job Responsibilities include computer knowledge, telephone skills and experience working with alarms, while maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees as weel as providing general security duties to our clients. You will work with a team of officers that monitors access control, alarms and risks in the building and across the US and then reports incidents and concerns to the proper personnel for resolution. Officers must be proficient in their computer skills, customer service ability and be able to work with all levels of management in the performance of their daily duties. Additional responsibilities include performing video and foot patrols of the property to identify risk and hazards, meeting, greeting and working with visitors to the facility and responding to all emergencies. Communication skills both written and verbal are essential in their interaction with facility personnel, customers and clients.Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is preferred. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication.
