Description Robert Half is assisting our client with an ongoing, part-time contracts manager need; client is seeking candidate to assist with redlining, contract review and drafting (MSA, vendor agreements, sales agreements etc) and assisting with regulatory compliance needs.Requirements - Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after
Adobe Acrobat experience desired
Command of Case Management Software
Proficiency in LexisNexis
General familiarity with Calendar Management
Quality experience with Complaint Handling
Practical knowledge of Claim Administration
Well-founded grasp of Briefing
Microsoft Excel experience
Proven knowledge of Billing Functions
Foundational knowledge in Management System
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
