As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform semi-skilled and skilled work in several trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and electrical trades both indoors and outdoors to keep the buildings and grounds safe for residents and staff. In this role, you will also be working in the facility water and waste water treatment plant and will be trained to become a certified operator.Interested in learning more? Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (negotiable), Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.

This position is considered essential during weather and other emergency events.

Overtime and travel as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or

Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.Special Requirement:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's license.Other Requirements:

A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination.

This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
