Adoption/Foster Care Worker

Join our team and play a vital role in our Adoption program!You will work with adoptive parents and children within the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN), guiding families through the adoption process and supporting children in finding a loving home. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and experience in children and family services, adoption, or intercountry adoption.
