Regional Maintenance Planner & Scheduler

The Regional Maintenance Planner and Scheduler is a critical role within the Maintenance organization that, manages, creates, updates, and maintains the Maintenance schedule and plan for general Maintenance and Turnarounds at several locations.  This role also includes supervising certain aspects of the turnarounds and maintenance teams to execute the schedule.  To create the schedule and plans, the Planner collects, organizes, and documents the work order steps with resources, tools, and materials to execute maintenance scope of work safely and effectively. The Regional Maintenance Planner plans and directs employee schedules to provide on time completion of work.  The planner facilitates maintenance productivity (ability to schedule effectively, quality of workmanship, utilization of labor, materials, and services) to ensure safe and quality work execution through clear Work Order development.  The Regional Maintenance Planner utilizes current knowledge/documentation and improves documentation for future use.
