Description Robert Half is on the hunt for a dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our client's team in the Greater Philadelphia area. This scintillating Director of Human Resources role calls for strategic collaboration with our top-tier leadership to drive plans on staffing, recruitment, and employee retention. As the Director of Human Resources, you're the beating heart of our client, overseeing HR programs, safeguarding personnel records, and ensuring our unwavering compliance with employment laws and regulations. This sizzling opportunity is yours to claim!Responsibilities:

Ensures all pre-employment requirements are met for new hires.

Plans, leads, develops, coordinates and implements policies, processes, and training to support the Client’s strategy needs.

Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to medical benefits and open enrollment; benefits and leave; workers compensation; disciplinary and employee relations matters; disputes and investigations; recognition and morale; health and safety; and training and development.

Oversees the maintenance of personnel records through paper files and the HRIS software.

Oversees and maintains departmental budget.

Requirements

The ideal Director of Human Resources candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Human Resource certification highly preferred.Other requirements for the Director of Human Resources position include and are not limited to:

5+ years of human resource management experience required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Demonstrated experience in employer branding and talent marketing.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
