We electrify the world with advances grid technologies and accelerate the energy to transition.As the operations specialist you will assist cross functional teams with daily operations to improve the business performance.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling meetings and events as required.

Sending internal communications in accordance with GE Vernova branding as well as facility policies and procedures.

Creating departmental presentations.

Updating policies and procedures.

Build, run and analyze reports as required for the operations department.

Track absenteeism for the departments within the shop floor operations.

Work with department managers to update training records.

Assist leadership with projects that bring efficiencies and standardization to the operations.

Work with HR to ensure onboarding of new hires within operations is completed efficiently giving the employee the best experience helping to make GE Vernova the employer of choice.

Documents work performed by filling out proper forms.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or GE

Minimum of 1 year related experience in an administrative role in a manufacturing environment

Desired Characteristics:

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written

Must be articulate and professional, with good interpersonal skills because of frequent interdepartmental interactions
