Immediate opening for a construction onsite admin. Candidate should have minimum 3+ years' experience in Payroll, HR, administrative, office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office – most especially Outlook, Excel and Word. Ideal candidate should be well organized, utilizes the utmost discretion with confidential information, great customer service demeanor, ability to work confidently under pressure and a multi-tasker.
The Admin will be responsible for maintaining daily & weekly timesheets, entering timesheet data into appropriate spreadsheets, hosting weekly employee orientations, greeting guests and employees arriving to the site office, ordering office supplies, checking mailbox daily, accepting office deliveries, maintaining organization of the site office and additional duties as assigned by HR. This position will be in the field on a construction site.
