Masis Staffing urgently hiring for material handlers for a large warehouse in Chambersburg area. This is the perfect opportunity for those seeking long term employment.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods through the warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized working environment, and meeting our high standards of customer service.

Schedules:

Mon-Thurs 7pm-5:30am or Fri-Sun 6:30am-6:30pm

Pay: $18.50/hr-$19/hr we pay weekly

Job Description:

- Perform order picking and order fulfillment tasks, accurately selecting and packaging products for shipment.

- Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, and other heavy machinery to move materials and products around the warehouse.

- Utilize AS400 and other computer systems to manage inventory, track orders, and monitor warehouse operations.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the organization of inventory and the disposal of waste.

- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that inventory levels match company records.

- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize warehouse operations, including improving material handling and reducing shipping times.

- Participate in the construction of warehouse racking and shelving, as well as building and repairing warehouse structures and equipment.

- Assist in the distribution center by helping to receive and organize incoming shipments.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Prior experience in a warehouse setting, including experience with order picking, order fulfillment, and materials handling.

- Familiarity with AS400 systems or similar inventory management software.

- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

- Ability to build and repair warehouse structures and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized working environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Experience with inventory management and distribution center operations is a plus.
