TrueNorth Wellness is seeking a passionate and energetic facilities staff member to work with two of our locations.
This high-profile position will have support from the entire facilities team but mostly work individually. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
Monday through Friday 8 to 3:30 for a total of 37.5, (start and finish times could vary) some overtime may be required but is minimal.
Starting Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.00 -Can be more if you have experience
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record of maintenance experience
Will have a good eye for detail.
Some experience in electrical, drywall and plumbing, snow removal, grounds keeping
Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
A passion for working in an environment where the priorities shift from minute to minute
Be able to report to the facility or maintenance manager for any issues upon call.
Be able to inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. heating/cooling) when needed
Perform preventative maintenance (as needed).
Perform maintenance tasks at the TrueNorth McConnellsburg location 1 or 2 days per week.
Schedule and coordinate contractors as needed.
Job Requirements:
The position requires three clearances: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check. Mandated Reporting training and a copy of a high school diploma are also required. A good MVR is also required.
