Representatives. Whether you work out of our local office or from the comfort of your home, you’ll play a

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for all support communications – primarily through email and

live chat – answering questions, providing assistance, troubleshooting issues, and routing

product feedback.

Handle ongoing customer issues and raise escalations as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and

satisfactory resolution.

Help keep internal and customer-facing support documentation up-to-date.

Build scalable customer resources to address common questions and issues.

Demonstrate perseverance when resolving customer requests and always maintain

professionalism.

Continuously learn and share knowledge with your team.

Prior experience handling technical solutions through chat and email is a plus!

What We’re Looking For:

An aptitude for clear communication and problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service experience or soft sales experience is a plus.

A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
