Description Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. The Client Services Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors and ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to our clients. This position is a contract-to-permanent opportunity and will be on site in Chadds Ford, PA. Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation, completing account paperwork, and facilitating account setup. Portfolio Maintenance: Support financial advisors in managing client portfolios, including executing trades, rebalancing accounts, and monitoring investment performance. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to financial advisors, such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining client files and records. Account Servicing: Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers, accurately and efficiently. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to client accounts and communications. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive and integrated client solutions.Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in financial services, preferably in a client-facing role. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investment vehicles and retirement planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
