Inside Sales Account Executive I (R-16223) - 798dbee9-5072-4c33-9994-d7d2e9b54c5bDESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Inside Sales Account Executive I is responsible for selling the Company's S&MS products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through gaining a deeper understanding of the customers' business challenges and determining where D&B can provide value proposing the best solutions in the S&MS space.Essential Key Responsibilities

Fulfill the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions through the development of strong, positive relationships with clients

Maintain and grow revenue stream through successful renewal of existing business

New account development and/or expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of new opportunities within an established portfolio of clients

Under the direction of the Manager, Inside Sales, drive the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes

Navigate deal management and negotiation including alignment of multiple decision makers, products or funding sources

Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal sales resources to ensure strategic alignment

Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives

Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting

Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to increase retention rates through business reviews and win-back campaigns

This role is intended for an entry level professional with limited prior experienceEducation and Experience

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Years of Relevant Experience - 2-4 yearsAdditional Skills and/or Certifications

Minimum of two (2) years of quota carrying sales and account management experience in addition to managing a portfolio of accounts

Excel at demonstrating the ability to develop client relationships with stakeholders at different levels to establish yourself as a trusted partner

Excel at demonstrating proactive approach to managing sales opportunities and driving advancement

Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment

Proven ability to advance leads, manage a pipeline and forecast accurately

Possesses excellent industry-leading sales methodology, salesforce.com , MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skillsCompetencies
