Plant Human Resource Generalist

The Plant Human Resource Generalist will assist the HR Manager with staffing, performance management, employee development, training, and succession planning.The Plant Human Resource Generalist will: Assists in driving a high level of employee engagement and coordinate employee engagement activities.Help manage, create, and own all plant training recordsOversee new hire orientation for all hourly and salary employeesAssists in providing strategic HR counsel and driving the company’s HR practices.Partner with HR Manager for maintaining employee files and record retention (etc.).The Plant Human Resource Generalist should have: Experience using HRIS systems, Payroll and Time and Attendance software programsThe ability to Communicate well with all levels of employees and managementThe skills to Handle multiple projects and tasks with varying timelines.Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
