DescriptionThis position will be the single point of contact for specific Premier/Strategic Retail Partner(s) demonstrating high touch services in a fast paced, high volume environment. Serves as the primary point of contact for Sales, Planners, Distribution and Retail Partners for order management, shipment status, business decision resource reporting, retailer master data compliance, expedited routings, etc. This encompasses all order types shipping from all North America DC's. Drive continued partnership and lead joint value planning discussions with Estée Lauder Companies largest accounts in North America.

Support various channels of business for wholesale customers for capturing all purchase order for fulfillment

Synchronize orders with material availability and financial targets in accordance with SOX compliance guidelines

Analyze stock positions and utilize SAP capabilities, Availability to Promise (ATP) and Delivery Blocks to prioritize and recommend what needs to be done to achieve financial targets and sales objectives

Accountable for ensuring that all Account shipments are properly executed to meet month end ELC shipment targets

Work closely with our planners, event management team, and buyers to maintain inventory, manage sales goals and meet product/shipping revenue target across all brands within ELC portfolio

Manages communication and information between retailer, distribution center and sales teams

Research, resolve and communicate to business partners Purchase Orders discrepancies

Generate reports from ordering systems that summarizes weekly/monthly activities with shipments and revenue

Research and apply data from various SAP applications and other internal Order to Cash applications for problem solving purposes

Review open order reports daily, import into spreadsheets using Excel capabilities to analyze, communicate and make decisions

Take independent action to ensure order cycle timelines are met and rush requests are executed

Collaborate with internal partners and transportation groups to determine and recommend most cost efficient and lead time to meet promotion and on⁃counter requirements

Create and maintain trusted relationships with our retailer contacts, working collaboratively on implementing strategic initiatives to drive account improvements and efficiencies

Utilize our Warehouse Management System and third party shipping vendors to track all orders

Qualifications

Excellent organization, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

SAP experience preferred

Understanding Supply Chain stakeholders

Warehouse Management System experience preferred

Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite

Possess excellent judgment, tact, diplomacy, flexibility in daily process

Maintain business confidentiality & continuity

Ability to set priorities in a multi⁃task environment

Ability to research and gather large amounts of data, organize, and effectively communicate using multiple transactions and processes

Strong aptitude for math and advanced Excel skills

Process oriented with understanding of how transactions flow and the impacts both up and downstream

Capable of navigating through ambiguous situations to solve problems and drive best in class process efficiencies

Ability to demonstrate ownership in developing more efficient ways of working with internal and retailer partners
