POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service and help desk support, including hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- BS / BA Degree from an accredited college or technical school preferred.
- Experience evaluating software or hardware and recommending improvements or upgrades.
- Experience setting up and installing hardware and software including computers, peripherals, and networking equipment required.
- Ability to read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available for off-shift support.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
